Version 2 now available

I apologize for the very poor explanation of the multiplayer tournament rules. I have completely reworded that page to make my intentions much clearer, and the play more fair. I have also removed all confusing uses of the term “player-contestant”, this term is no longer needed.

This version 2 of the rule book includes fixes of all typos and unclear rules that I have found since releasing this as pay-what-you-want. I hope no further revisions will be necessary until the final version—changes in the final version will be based on customer suggestions in comments, reviews, and emails. Shortly after the release of the final version, I will switch away from the pay-what-you-want method.
